No Sound when talking

In the main quest line when i talk to people there is no sound.
Once i click next the sound starts working again. Please help.

I think its only with my character, i am a norn guardian level 11.
When i play my norn mechanic its fine.

Thanks for letting us know about this! Is this issue happening for every cinematic you’re seeing or just some of them? If it is only happening for certain cinematics, we’ll need to know which ones you aren’t getting sound in to investigate further (not everyone’s quest line is the same).
