My friend just bought the game, but hi diden’t get his serial code. on his bank account it says that the moeny has been taken… what do do?

Yes, please. He can contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page.

They will need info, so suggest he reads this post and provides as many suggested details as possible to expedite the ticket.
