No Serial Code Received

I purchased the game pre-beta, and never received the serial code….

I have an open ticket because of not being able to get into the game – EVER! I am working with the support team to resolve (I hope) the issue. However, after taking some more steps they told me to try, the game NOW won’t recognize my user/password… So, when I go to reset the password… it asks for a game code I NEVER RECEIVED!!!

And yes, I have ALWAYS checked my spam folder. Yes, I have received all other emails concerning the beta… the downloads, etc. I did manage to log in long enough during the second beta event (the first was a disaster – could not get connected at all) to begin a character, but got kicked off before I was able to finish the creation process.

I was not able to try again until around Christmas 2013… that is when I started having the connectivity issues….

Anyway, what do I do about not receiving my serial code???

You have submitted a ticket. That’s the appropriate way to get help. With an issue this old, and seemingly rather complicated, I’d allow several days to get this resolved. If you still need assistance on Friday or later, you can post in the Tickets for Review thread above and I’ll see if I can find out more.
