When i was playing random tournament,we did come to round 3 and some guy exit from game and we lose.Why i cant report him and why there is no punishment?

There is an in-game reporting tool which works for botting and hacking most of the times (right-clic on the user and select “botting” as a reason for report); however, for episodes of exploiting and hacking we also accept reports (screenshots, names, videos and factual descriptions) sent to the following email address: [email protected].
