No invitation to explore mode

I just did Honor of the Waves story mode and at the end I did not receive the message to invite me to the explorable mode of the dungeon.
I was playing on the European servers with some guys from an other server.
I have already tried to receive the mail by deleting some mails from my mailbox but it didn’t help

If I recall correctly, HoTW and CoE don’t send invites when you beat them, you get them after you have done Arah story mode. It’s been a while since I built that mailing system though, but I recall that the 80 dungeons don’t send out explorable invitations until you beat Arah story.
