No In-Game Support?

I’m having an issue with guild influence. I mis-clicked and want to refund my influence to choose a different option. However there is no option to cancel/refund influence and there is NO in-game support. Why? What can I do to remedy this?

We are sorry to hear that. You can send a ticket to Customer Support and describe your incidence there although it is not sure that they will re-establish your previous state.
