No gems in game after purchasing PaySafe

Hello there. I have purchased a PaySafe card but i still have not received any gems in game. I already checked PaySafe’s deposit and it looks like cash are transferred successfully:

Last time i purchased a card, the transfer was instant but now it’s been 2 hours and still nothing. Anyone else having same issues?

Edit: I also did not get the usual confirmation mail with order number of purchasement.
