No game receipt after purchase

Hello.
I have purchased two copies of guild wars 2 one for myself and one for my brother i never received a receipt for either of them. However after opening a support ticket i was able to get one. I then opened another ticket for the second purchase but nobody is getting back to me. It just got labelled as a duplicate and appears to of been ignored.
The ticket number is 130224-001995
Is there anyone on here who can give me an idea of what’s going on….. Are their offices closed atm?
I’d really like to get playing the game but want to start when my brother does and want to get the game registered.

Gaile Gray i notice you’re about at the moment….. is there anything you can do to help?

I have reopened the ticket and updated to say that the second ticket is not a duplicate and that you would like two receipt copies sent to you. An agent should attend to this quite soon.
