No email received after online purchase

Hi all,
Just like what the title says, my friend has not received his confirmation email or serial code email after the purchase. Also, no confirmation mail for creating ticket was sent to him either. Mails could not be found in any of the folders. He is using hotmail just like me but I do get the mails.
64867 is the ticket number I have created for him.
Please help

I am so sorry that your friend is dealing with this.

Several ISPs have chosen to block our inbound e-mails, and we are trying to address that issue. I feel quite sure that this is what is happening to your friend because he also is not receiving our support ticket responses.

Since you submitted a ticket, someone will get to that very soon. In the meantime, this thread about missing e-mails might be of interest, and I’d be grateful if you could tell me what ISP/e-mail provider your friend is using.
