Hello folks,
As the title suggests, I put in a support ticket last week to see if they could undo a mistake I made while in-game.
I submitted the ticket under the ‘gaming’ heading.
My account uses Gmail, and i’ve both given it over 72 hours and have been checking my ‘spam’, ‘social’ and ‘promotions’ tabs.
I’ve also added the ‘support’ email to my safe senders folder.
I tried again on Monday….still am not receiving confirmations or word back from support.
Is there any other method to contact them? Or is there something i’m missing that I could be doing on my end?
