No answer from support regarding gems

So now been waiting 9 days with no response from support.

Purchased an outfit with gems which i no longer have due to the recent upgrades, it states i can get a refund through support yet cant get any response.

Has anyone been able to get a refund ??

The courtesy refunds are taking quite a bit of time. If that’s what you’re requesting, you will hear as soon as possible. See above for other suggestions on how you might address the issue.
