Nickname for ingame character

Is there any way to either set my nickname (name it says welcome to after logging in) to be displayed to all instead of the characters name? Or that a character can use that name.
If no on both those then is there a way I can change my nickname (welcome name) to be used for a character then?

The display name contains numbers, and character names do not contain numbers, so it’s not possible for the display name to be duplicated in the character name.
