New patch causes severe FPS drops on Mac's

I was getting great performance on my late 2012 iMac and now with the patch just release I am seeing 2 to 4 FPS in WvW .. this effectively makes GW2 unplayable for me (and other mac users)

I am not the only one who is seeing this.. nearly every Mac user is as well

I wish we had a bit more to share but this is on the fix list and is being worked on!
