Never got Essence of Luck mail

I logged in today after a vacation and I never got the Legendary Essence of Luck in-game mail.

I have been a player since launch, and I read that all accounts that were created prior to SAB: Back to School were supposed to get this mail. The Wiki states that there were supposed to be 5 legendary essences of luck in my mail, and it should have increased by bar by 500? (Not sure if this is PER Essence or altogether, but it reads like it should be EACH) My bar is currently sitting at a whopping total of 60.

I created a support ticket and got no help.

Am I just out of luck. . . literally and figuratively?

You appear to have submitted a ticket to ask about this, and that’s good. There’s really no point in posting at this time; the team will answer you as quickly as possible. Posting here will not get you the immediate service you seem to seek or expect. But you will be helped, and appropriately, as soon as the team can do so.

The forums are designed for follow-ups (after three days in the specific thread) and for general questions of an account nature. But we specifically do not encourage a “submit-and-immediately-post” culture.
