need to change my email

Ok, so after digging around I’m told I can’t change my email to my account without submitting a ticket, but that tickets take like 5 days to respond to? That’s kind of shoddy isn’t it? Is there a faster / more efficient way to handle it?

Please contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. The turnaround on tickets is normally under 1 day, and sometimes an issue is resolved in a matter of a few hours.
