Need serial code -- bought digitally from your site

How do I get my serial code re-sent to me? Yesterday I got kicked from the game, and when I tried logging in, I got the message that my account was suspended because some unauthorized person MAY have tried to use my account. Which didn’t happen. It was me playing the game. I tried putting in a support ticket, but still haven’t heard from anyone. I see that you need to have your serial code from when you bought the game. Well I don’t have it. Hell I don’t think I ever remember entering it in. I pre-ordered the game in May or April from the guild wars 2 site. I didn’t keep any serial code or email once the game was activated. I’ve been buying games digitally for years, and never had to use again once the activation was done. Thanks for whatever help I get.

Serial codes help aid in account security and therefore providing someone a code upon request would be undertake very rarely, if at all. It was my strong impression that everyone who purchased from buy.guildwars2.com would receive an emailed receipt — I feel quite sure that’s what happens. I suggest that you look for that email so that you have the information you need.

If you do not have that email, then by all means you may discuss the matter with Support.
