Need serial, authenticar unlink and more =(

Ok, i’m a total noob at this, but here we go:
also: english isnt my main language, so if i dont explain everything the right way, bear it with me =)

Next week, i’ll change internet providers, and i will need to provide a new authenticator code. wouldnt be a problem, if the kitten thing didnt die on me (google wants me to fill some 2 way thing for the authenticator, which i cant do).
Ok, searching for a solution, it seems i’ll have to reset my acc and authenticator authorization. so the link says i need my GW2 serial code, which should be provided on an e-mail sent by Arena net when i first bought the game. Thing is, there is no serial code there, and i have no idea how to retrieve it.

could anyone help me through this? =)

aside from the authenticator and serial, i know everything about my acc
