Need a change of email address

I need help with a change of email address since i cannot recover my email password i seemed to have forgotten it, after months of not being able to log in, therefore i cannot receive any notifications. So i decided to use my alternative email address for guild wars 2.

ticket number is #130116-000970

If you have already sent a ticket requesting a change of email address, then you only need Customer Support to get back to you, which will happen soon enough as this is a very common request. If you have not received an answer in 3 days, please, proceed to post your reference number in the sticky for old tickets.
