Naming Issue?

I have a characters all named Juga Nugs or some variation for almost six months, and my account for over a year and got a (i am assuming since 50 hours left) 72 hour suspension due to naming policy?

How is it that after being a loyal customer for over a year and never having issue in the game previously, I would get such a harsh penalty for a name that I still don’t feel breaches the rules?

A little help on understanding Arenanets idea of customer service would be appreciated…

The word “nug” is a rather common reference to Marijuana. That is most likely why the names with that word were censored. After all, a “jug of marijuana” isn’t exactly something we want in the game.
