My wife's account has been hacked.

I believe my wife’s account has been hacked and I was wondering what steps we need to take to get it back. She cannot find her email with her serial code which I know will probably be a problem. Would she be able to provide a previous password or something? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone.

Amcilroy, Michael is right, your wife has to send a ticket to our Customer Support team, providing all the details that she can about her account (email, name of character, and so on). Check this webpage for extra information on how to report a hacked account and do not forget that an account restoration is also possible.
