Hi there,

I really need more information to go off of than this. Generally tickets are answered in the order that they are received and if we’re particularly backed up then your response may take a bit longer.

If you could provide me with your ticket number I can at least see if a ticket was successfully created and whether or not it’s with the appropriate department.
