My spectral walk doesn't like water anymore.

The latest patch that fix the bug on spectral walk (removing the skill from utility slot will remove all of its benefits including the swiftness boon) has given my beloved necromancer another problem.

So, the problem is, when I use the skill for the swiftness, and I get underwater, the swiftness is gone (since I don’t have the aforementioned skill in my underwater utility slot) (sometimes the swiftness stays there, but consider it a bug it will get fixed soon)

Swimming on the surface of the water does not remove the boon though (or does it? because sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t)

So if I only want the swiftness what I have to do basically is putting the skill in the utility slot, go underwater, put the skill in my underwater utility slot, use the skill, ? , profit.

Well if this is intended than this is troublesome indeed, since I don’t always have that skill in my underwater utility slot.

That’s all. I don’t know what I really want about this thing, I guess I just have to share my pain. Thanks for reading. Have a good night.

Great question!
Try equipping Spectral Walk in an underwater utility slot. If you have it equipped above water, but not below it, you’re ‘unslotting’ spectral walk when you move underwater and don’t have it equipped.
Alternatively (if you don’t have it equipped underwater), make sure that you don’t have the spectral walk skill in its ‘Active’ state (spectral walk ‘on’) prior to entering water.
