My game keeps crashing, Need help :(

Tonight, (oct 22nd) Im noticing my game keeps crashing every 5 mins or so….over and over again…tried updating my graphics card drivers…doesn’t matter, sent numerous error reports to Arena net…. I don’t get an error number or anything, game just crashes and it just says the “game stopped unexpectedly, would you like to send Arena Net an Error report” or something… Im pretty disappointed right now….its been happening to me for about a month now but its never been this bad until tonight… can anyone help?

Hi johnnyd,

First, if you are experiencing crashes that are prompting you to send a report to ArenaNet:

1. Hold down the Windows button on the keyboard and hit the R key.
2. Paste in the following line and then click OK.

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2.

You should be able to attach this report to the thread by clicking “More posting & formatting options…”

This will hopefully steer us in the right direction of narrowing down the cause of the crash. Look forward to hearing back from you!
