My Friends Account Terminated

My friend asked me to write this because he can’t and ask why his account has been terminated?
When he tries to log in it says your account has been terminated because you have tried to sell gold.
He’s been sending emails to the Support with no reply so far, it’s possible that’s he’s account has been hacked and they have tried to sell gold from his account.

Any reply is welcome.

We cannot kitten this situation via a forum post. Please have your friend contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist him.

For tips on what information to provide in a ticket — mostly intended for security reasons to establish that he owns the account — please ask him to read this post and provide as many suggested details as possible to expedite the ticket.
