My friend closed out of his game because it black screened and now when he tries to login, it says his free trial is inactive or something like that. He has had his account since the game was released, so he was never on a free trial. He also gets an error when he tries to create a thread on the forum so I had to do it for him.
I really encourage your friend to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.
