My friend got banned

My friend got banned for gold selling, she sent me 40 gold for my birthday and she got banned about an hour or so later. Her name is Amborz.2174. She is having issues sending in a ticket, soooooo if this could get looked at that would be great. She requested i add this in for any devs who may look at this #130130-000231.

Kagura, as Michael says, you both need to wait till Customer Support gets back to her (if you have already a reference number that means that the ticket is ok and there are no issues whatsoever so she should receive an answer soon). In any case, should it go unanswered, then proceed to write it here.
