My friend can't log in!

Okay so my friends guild wars 2 account was just hacked, and he got the password and everything changed, but the temporary password that was given him won’t work so he can’t log in. I’m trying to help him out the best I can, but its really confounding. His username is FlyingNinjA.4853 any help on this matter is greatly appreciated thanks.

Hello Skitz.

What you have to do is send a ticket to Customer Support, here, describing the problem and providing them with as many details as possible (account name, character name if he has, serial code and so on). They are the ones who can effectively help with this kind of problems.
