About two weeks ago, my friend go hacked; the same as usual:
- Authenticator set on,
– Email about password changed,
– Etc.
So, he send a ticket and the support replied that the account was suspended due to BOTTING.
At this step we all concluded that the hacker used the account for botting.
My friend asked if he could get back his account, support replied they need to investigate and will replay asap.
He got an answer 1 week later saying that they are many request and his case will take time…
Today he got a new reply, saying that his account was banned and it’s definitive.
I mean what the heck ? Can’t they check the IP login log or something ?!
My friend bought the game to play with me, since I let the game aside for more than 2 years.
I need some advice, if he can appeal or get a refund ?
Because for me, someone at the support messed up really hard !
