My account has been hacked

2014-08-13 20:00 my account was hacked.
It was taken from me because somehow they changed my login email.
I contacted support immediately through a ticket.
The next day my login name had been changed back to normal and I had my account back.

When I logged in I saw that I had lost all my items, I’ve lost all my gold and most of my armors on all my toons.
I also lost the 800 gems I had just purchased trough the gemstore.
I frequently buy gems because I feel like i am supporting the game.
I am not sure if i will continue supporting this game if it doesn’t get fixed, it just means all my items can be stolen so easily.
My account was perfectly safe I even used the Mobile Authenticator!

Its now been 6 days since my account was hacked, and I still have not gotten any answers or help on how to get my items back. Despite numerous tickets.
I am by the way still waiting for a response from my latest ticket.

Has anyone else had issues like mine?
Can someone help me?

The only ticket I see related to your Display Name — mozu.7140 — is this one: #833032. Did you submit that? Did you get the response?

It appears that you previously received an account restoration. Your request for a second restoration will be reviewed, but as explained in the prior discussion, subsequent restoration requests would be fulfilled on a case-by-case basis so it will take a bit of time to fully review and respond to this request.
