Hopefully any GW2 employee is reading this!
My account was (most likely) hacked last week and is currently being used for botting. I didn’t take notice (since I haven’t played a while..) until a friend of mine asked me why I never answered to him in game. So I then tried to login just to notice my password isn’t valid anymore.
I did the account recovery thingy which made me change the password. At least I can login now but can’t get in the game because the hacker is constantly using my character so I get disconnected.
I also made a ticket for GW2 Support about this but haven’t got any answer in two hours.. hopefully this will get resolved so I don’t get my account banned or something alike.
