Hey, I have been trying to change my password. Everytime I change it, my new password is 10 characters long. It still says, “Must be atleast 8 characters or longer”. What am I doing wrong? I know that the password that I am choosing is more than 8 characters long.

There is a cool-down period for security purposes, but if you continue to have problems, I really encourage you to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page.
