Mouse Macroing

i just bough a razer mouse with the 6 keys on the side, going through the options i found the ability to set my own macros, ive set a combo that will go though my attacks to make a combo at a key press (i know this is nothing new) but i have 2 questions,
1: will this work in game if i press the button :o
2: does this violate any of areanets rules? i know some games frown upon any outside interference

You can send a question to Customer Support. However, and following our policy on Third-Party Programs pointed out by Loli Ruri, we encourage you not to use that kind of mouse on Guild Wars 2 since it offers some advantages to you that other players without it do not enjoy.
