mouse and keyboard stops working.

hey guys, so lately on guild wars sorta once an hour ish my game freezes then my mouse cursor disappears and my mouse stops responding for about 2 seconds, then it will freeze again and my mouse will start working again, but it then cuts out my keyboard and to get my keyboard to restart i have to exit to desktop and restart guild wars.
Also if i was holding a direction on the keyboard when it happens i will continue to run that way and be unable to stop it.

i have tried to reinstall my mouse drivers and software and i have also plugged both mouse and keyboard in different usb ports.

any help would be much appreciated.

Hi MrHayler – There’s not enough info to go off of for speculation so I’d like to collect some diagnostic info from you. Specifically, I’d like to collect a Game Advisor report. The sticky thread below should detail how to run Game Advisor and generate the report. You can attach it to the thread by clicking “More posting & formatting options…”
