Does that mean I need to complete all achievement e.g. from Queen’s Jubilee or Queen’s Gauntlet?
Or only the meta-achievement which usually not contain all achievments?

Just the meta achievement. Either Queen’s Jubilee or Queen’s Gauntlet will do, as well as anything we release later this month
