Money lost in removing buy orders

I tried to remove some buy orders from my black lion trading market and none of the money was returned to me to pick up. I lost probably somewhere between 6 and 8 gold, which is a large portion of what I currently own on my whole account. I sent a bug ticket, but I really had a lot of money invested and am frustrated to literally lose half of my money via some kind of glitch. Can you guys look up what my buy orders were that I removed and give me that money back somehow?

When did you issue your ticket? Please remain patient till Customer Support gets back to you. However, if you have been waiting more than three days, please proceed to write your reference number and a brief description in the following thread for old tickets.
