Mobile Authenticator stuff

So ya, hello, I have to say one thing. My account was hacked 2 days ago (stuff are stolen ofc) I send email to support, they responsed saying they will take care of it and I changed my password, it was fine yesterday, I could play and stuff. Today I can’t even log in to the game and earlier to the forum because I had to write a Mobie Authentication code which I don’t know and I NEVER chose. Now I have access to the forum don’t know how it is with my game (don’t have it instaled on my laptop) so I assume my game was/is again hacked this time even I can’t play it. The most irritating thing is, I CAN’T unlink Mobile Authenticator because I have to write code which I don’t know and I’m not getting any emails about it, GG.

Slightly irritated player.

If you have a ticket in the system, then this is being worked on. If new issues have arisen, update your ticket by responding to the e-mail (with the ticket number in the subject line) and the agent who is reviewing it will assist you.
