Mobile Authenticator problem

Hello , I have an issue regarding the mobile authenticator. One month ago I changed from e-mail authentification to mobile , because I can not enter my email anymore due to some problems regarding secret answer. So I changed to mobile one.
Till 3 days ago all was good , but my mobile started crashing and freezing so I took it to be repaired . They reinstalled the software and they had to delete all the mobile content. So I lost the authenticator. When I reinstalled it , it asked me for the account and key (the one in Security Tab of the account info) . But when I clicked there , it said that the account is already Linked to a mobile authenticator. So , I tried to unlink it but it asked me for 2 different codes. Which I can not provide because I can not log on mobile authenticator. So my issue is how can I unlink the Account from the previous authenticator?
And how may I change the e-mail that the account is active on? Because I do not have acces on it till I can get a hold of Yahoo tech support.
