Mobile Authenticator never asks for code

Title says it all. I opened a ticket explaining that it is linked, setup, etc, and I get codes on my mobile device. I even see it in account profile. However, I am never asked for code during login to game, or on forums.

The ticket response was a ‘GM’ letting me know they removed the authenticator from my account.

I replied to that email, and explained I did not ask them to remove it, I was asking if it worked at all, and figure out why it did not work for me. I never said I had problems getting in to the game. I also re linked authenticator to see if it had been fixed….

Nope. Same thing. I can see it in account profile, I get codes, it is linked and configured… and I never get asked for codes.

The same ‘GM’ wrote me back again, and guess what the solution/investigation was ? If you guessed ‘we have removed the authenticator’ you are correct. No explanation, no actually reading my support ticket and responding to what I asked about, just generically removing authenticator. I am not impressed.

Valeyl, I did find your ticket (#759705) and it appears you’re ok now. If not, could you please update this thread?
