I got hacked and i sent a ticket, but what i wanted to talk about is that i got hacked using the mobile autthenticator! i didn t have it and now i have it linked with a probably thailandese telephone wich isn t mine! i m italian…many other guys may get hacked this way. China release got the asian hackers to gw2…thank you…
The hackers most likely compromised your email account, asked CS for a password reset, then added a Mobile Authenticator to your game account. You would be well-advised to change the password to your email account immediately. Then create a new email account, and contact CS through that, and ask that your game account now be associated with the new account. Make sure to scan for keyloggers, virus, etc. beforehand, as well.
