Mobile Authentication/ Account Hacked

Tried logging on today after about two days of no activity, for some reason Mobile authentication had been turned on in my account. Went straight into changing my password (as I think I threw out the serial code I had) but now I can’t access my account as I have no way of turning off the mobile authentication.

I’ve sent in a message to Arenanet’s support but I’m feeling a little lost, is there anything else I can do?

Is there any way that The support team is able to lift the mobile authentication and roll back the clock a bit on my character, I don’t want to have lost all my gear as I had a lot there saving up for a legendary. I’m concerned that I don’t have my serial number anymore. but surely there’s something that can be done
