Hello guys! This is kind of embarrassing to me… I entered a customer service ticket regarding duplicated gem store purchased outfits but I didn’t get a confirmation mail or an update or a reply. I always write down the ticket number, but this time I had a brain toot and I totally forgot to write it down this time. The ticket was placed near 04/26/14. A friend told me not to open another ticket, but to request assitance here in the CS forums.
