Missing Mouse Cursor on World Select

This is my first day with the game and I have no mouse cursor at all. It isn’t an intermittent issue it is constant. Is there any way to fix this? I am using a Razor Naga MMOG with current drivers. This is very frustrating, if anyone can help me that would be great.
