Missing mail with items

I was quite inactive for a few months ago, and i decided to log back in again recently and found out some mail were deleted or gone? I’m not entirely sure but im positive I bought profane armor skin months ago during the special promotional sale. I had the mail with the profane in my mail inbox. I’m pretty sure my mail inbox was full but I did not delete any mail during that time. I tried deleting all my mail in hopes that I can get old mail back but nothing happens. I also checked my recent purchase history through the gem shop and there is nothing about profane armor in there.
