missing laurels for monthly achievment

yesterday i have done daily and monthly achievment at the same time but i get just 1 laurel only for the daily nothing for the monthly achievment wrote already 3 bug reports no response at all so i wrote to support where they told me to write bug report in game again just lol i want my laurels

Had you already completed the monthly prior to the Sept 3 update? (It reset some of the achievements.) Had you completed the WvW monthly? You can only get laurels once, for either the PvE or WvW monthly.
