Missing item from mailbox from Gem store

I bought the pheonix armor set when it came out left it in the mailbox for future use, and on the day when the patch for Queen Jubliee it was gone. I submitted a ticket but the only response was to wait it out, and unfortunately I haven’t heard of anyone else having this issue save for one other and I’m starting to think this isn’t something as wide spread.

I emptied out my mailbox searching for it and checked my bank, character inventory etc so it’s definitely not that I misplaced it.

Anyone else have the same issue?

While it is likely it is being looked at, the way it is phrased “Top Programmers”.. makes me think of the end of Indiana Jones, and the way some other fun issues have been stuck in development limbo forever.

I do SO love Indiana Jones! I think that was in the back of my mind: “We have the top brains in the company working on this!” However, when I heard who was actively looking at this problem, I became aware that really and truly, top guys are in the mix.

I have this very same problem, i bought a total makeover kit yesterday and so far i haven’t received it.

Have you made sure you are not over the game mail limit of 10/10? If your mail is full you won’t get it until you delete some old mail.

Oh bugger!, thanks mate you were right.

But we love a happy ending!

As to the other issues, the team is still on the case and will be looking at each situation individually!

Don’t worry, I think literally everyone has done that. My husband sent me something just last week and I was complaining that it never arrived. Sure enough, my mail was full! And I tell people to check all the time!

bluestocking is right. Personally, I want the devs to add an in-game voice message — “PSSST! Check your mail and clear out your box” — in a spooooky voice when you open the game.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why I’m not a game designer. I have some really, really silly ideas!

Have same problem any update?

If emptying your mailbox does not solve the issue, then you need to submit a ticket, please.
