Completed Living story Alliance Breaker achievement, however I did not get my Fused Gauntlet ticket.
Please help.

The ticket is awarded in the same way that daily achievements and map completions are. Check in the bottom right of your screen. If you have completed the achievement then right above your mini-map should be a chest. Click on the chest to open the reward dialog and click accept to receive the ticket.
