My friend was pretty active a few months ago, he bought both the Rox’s bow and quiver. He never picked them up from his mail which means they got deleted. I was wondering if there’s a way for you guys to restore those items to his account. He has filed 2 support tickets with no response. I’m not sure if I can post stuff like his account ID on here but if I got a private message it would be much appreciated.
