I filed a support tickets about 2 days ago when i noticed that my account was missing over 150 gold.
I received the automated responses from guildwars2 support, but i haven’t received anything else since.
I am getting a little impatient because I want to keep playing but I have no idea on whether I should or not.
I am a little upset because i bought a lot of that gold with gems.
What do i do now? I did a virus scan and malware scan, i changed all passwords associated with my guild wars account, i activated the mobile authenticator, so now what do i do?
Can i still play? will all my progress be taken away from me?
This is exactly why Anet should have some sort of toll free support phone number. I am starting to get a bit impatient.
all i want is my gold back.
