Hi,

Bought a Broom from BL but never got it…then I thought well I will convert some in game gold to try again, if it was just a random bug, but didn´t get one on the second try either.

First try was with real money (bought gems) so kinda sad I didn´t get it. Ofc not happy to be spending gold on stuff I never got either

Hopefully someone will answer the bug reports I sent ingame after both “events” too…

Make sure your mailbox has room. There’s a limit on how many messages it can hold, and new mail will be queued up until you delete messages to make room. Note that the X/10 display is not accurate, since some NPC mail will count towards filling your mailbox, but doesn’t correctly increment the counter.
