Minis sent by ANet disapeared

Hello.

As many other people I received mail from ANet with 3 minis. I put minis in inventory, summoned each one to see how they look and not long after game crashed for the first time (me, my guild friends crashed many times yesterday during WvW). When I logged in again there were no minis in my inventory. I’m 100% sure I didn’t delete them by accident. Mail from ANet is still in my mailbox (w/o attachment of course).

I sent bug report in game nearly a day ago (or I hope I sent it, can’t see any status), got no response of any kind.

Did you “Deposit all collectibles” at any point? Minipets are collectibles, and will be sent to the collectible tab in your bank unless you keep them in an invisible bag.
